Somehow, it makes me feel like a kid all over again. I used to always play dress up in my mom's clothes and make-up... jewelery and shoes as well. And while what I play with now is my own, it's still nice.
I had begun to hate make-up after a certain point in my life. It was boring to me. Same look all the time, no time for fun make-up when barely even having time to sleep because of the kids. I think it was the Mommy funk.
Then I found an awesome page on youtube... KandeeJohnson. This woman is amazing! So sweet and up-beat and super spunky! All kinds of awesome make-up tutorials. She inspired me to play again. And now... I'm ready for anything! Bring it on world!!

My mom wasn't the best with make-up, nor did she spend much time teaching me... so It's cool to have someone to look up to and to learn from :)
Did I mention Kandee is a single mom of 3 with another on the way? And she's a professional make-up artist. Really neat!
